Any cube that you already have if you just want to impress your friends and family.

If you are looking to get into cubing seriously, then I personally recommend the YuXin Little Magic 3×3 that can be found for sale online. Depending on where you are in the world, it can be cheaper or more expensive.

It has great performance out of the box(OOTB) and it will definitely help beginners get started with a good impression.
